Youth Force is a joint initiative by the Noble Work Foundation and Dekodeyourself, aimed at mobilizing the youth population of India and beyond towards a better future. Conceived by Shaunak Chakraborty, Youth Force was officially launched on the 75th Republic Day of India, 26 January 2024. It was inaugurated by the DSP of Jharkhand Police, Prashant Mehta during the 3rd foundation day of Dekodeyourself on 31 March 2024. The genesis of Youth Force stems from the visionary thinking of its founder Shaunak Chakraborty, who recognized the immense potential of the youth demographic in shaping societal progress.
