Raaj Vishwakarma was born in Rajapur, a town in the [[Chitrakoot district]] of [[Uttar Pradesh]], India. His real name is Chandra Shekhar. His father is Awadhesh Kumar and his mother is Usha Devi.
He went to school at Saraswati Shishu Mandir and Sri Tulsi Inter College in Rajapur. Later, he studied at Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University in [[Kanpur]]. Raaj Vishwakarma have two sisters Shashi Vishwakarma and Lata Vishwakarma.
